Reach out via the Contact page or email within 7 days of delivery. Include your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the item.
Return Approval
Our team reviews your request within 1-2 business days. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Drop it off at the agreed courier point or schedule a pickup.
Inspection
We inspect the returned item upon receipt. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
Refund Issued
Once approved, the refund is processed to your M-Pesa within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email.
All approved refunds are returned to the M-Pesa number used during checkout. We do not issue refunds to a different number or account.
In some cases (e.g., item returned with missing accessories), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion after inspection.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods), we cover return shipping. If the return is due to a change of mind or buyer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do not return any item without first contacting us and receiving return approval. Unauthorised returns may not be processed and will be returned to sender.
